Instructions

    • 1

Place a bowl or container in your kitchen, and toss used tea bags into the container instead of throwing them away.

    • 2

Save up four or five dried tea bags at a time.

    • 3

Cut a square of cheesecloth about 1 foot on a side.

    • 4

Place the teabags in the center of the cheesecloth and draw up the sides to create a pouch.

    • 5

Tie the pouch shut with a plain piece of string or thread. Do not use colored ribbons--the color may bleed into the bath water.

    • 6

Add the big tea bag to your next warm bath and soak in the healthy benefits and the comforting scent of your tea bags.

Tips & Warnings

  • Flavored tea bags can add wonderful scents to your bag. Beware how you mix them, however.

  • Black tea offers less of a benefit, but you can still enjoy the invigorating scent and effect.
