Things You'll Need:
- Computer with Microsoft Publisher
- Printer
- Card stock or business card paper
- Straight-edge cutting tool

Step 1
Turn on computer and open it to Microsoft Publisher.

Click on "Business Cards" in the template list on the left-hand side of the screen.

Choose the style you like the best. Remember, the idea of a business card is for contact information and sometimes a first impression. It is important to keep in mind what you want it to say about you and your business when you choose your style.

Click the style and "Start Wizard." Go through each step of the provided wizard and choose your elements. These include: color theme, page orientation (portrait or landscape), logo inclusion, one or numerous to a printed page and address used.

Fill in the necessary information and improve or modify it according to your expectations. Add graphics if desired.

Complete your design by going to "Print" in your "File" menu. (In order to print multiple cards on one page, make sure in the "Print Tiling" section in Publisher you select the choice that says, "Several tiled on the page." This will print multiple cards on the same piece of paper.

Step 7
Cut the cards to equal size with a straight-edge cutting tool. This option is for those not using the pre-perforated business card paper.
