Cover the frame in sprinkles and glitter. Use orange or black sprinkles, and buy a container of glitter that is the opposite color. For example, if you buy orange sprinkles, then buy black glitter. Put some of each into a rectangle medium-sized cookie tin and mix it up. Put a thin coat of Mod Podge on the entire front of the photo frame, then place it front side down on top of the mix in the tin. Do the same thing for the top, bottom and sides of the frame. Move it around a bit so that the entire surface gets covered. Lift up the frame and look for any empty spaces, fill them up with additional mix, then press it down firmly so that it won’t fall off. Let it dry, then put an additional coat of Mod Podge over the frame so that the sprinkles and glitter won’t fall off. Give it plenty of time to thoroughly dry.

Decorate with candy corn. Put a coat of Mod Podge on the corner of the front of the frame and put on your candy corn pieces one by one. Only put a coat of Mod Podge on a small area at a time. Otherwise, it will dry before you get all of the candy corn on. After you have all of your pieces on the front, top, bottom and sides, you can choose to put another coat of Mod Podge on top or you can leave it the way it is. Let it dry thoroughly before you put a picture in the frame.

Let spiders crawl all over it--fake spiders, that is. Paint the entire frame with orange paint. Give it a few hours to dry. Assemble little spiders that you will glue onto the frame. You can make them by using medium black pom poms, black pipe cleaners and small googly eyes. Cut the pipe cleaners into 1-inch-long pieces, and glue eight of these pieces onto each black pom pom for the legs. Glue two mini googly eyes on the front of the pom pom. When the paint dries, glue each spider onto the frame, and give it ample time to dry before you put in a photo.

Wrap it in Halloween-pattered ribbon. Using Mod Podge, glue the ribbon onto the front, top, bottom and sides of the wooden frame. Smooth it out to avoid any bumps.
