Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- crock pot
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 large cans of diced tomatoes
- 2 large cans of light red kidney beans-drained
- 2 packages of chili mix
- 2 green peppers diced
- 2 onions diced
- if mildly spicy, 4 medium sized jalapenos (or if really spicy-change to habaneros)
- salt to taste
- can add grounded red pepper for extra spice

Step 1
Plug in and set crock pot to low.

Step 2
Brown ground beef. Place in crock pot.

Step 3
Dice all vegetables, including jalapenos. Place in crock pot.

Step 4
Add drained kidney beans and tomatoes (DO NOT DRAIN TOMATOES).

Step 5
Add chili packages and other spices. Stir to mix all together

Step 6
Cook in crock pot for 6 to 8 hours and serve.

Step 7
When you serve, can add chopped onion, cheese, crackers, etc.
