Things You'll Need:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 1 cup skinned persimmon pulp
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1
bowl of persimmonsPreheat oven 325 degrees.
Grease baking or loaf pan. -
Step 2
dry ingredientsIn small bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
In large bowl mix baking soda into persimmon pulp.
In bowl blend eggs, sugar and oil. -
Step 3
wild persimmonsAdd sugar mixture into pulp.
Fold in the flour mixture.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 75min. or til center is done.
