Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
In a heavy saucepan, combine the syrup, sugars, salt, cream, and butter.
Stirring constantly, cook sauce over medium heat until it comes to a boil. -
Step 2
Allow sauce to boil, stirring only occasionally, for five minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly. -
Step 3
Stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cool.
