Go to the web page. It's easy to find. Go to http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/business/domain.html or search for "google domain registration" in Google and click the appropriate link. There's even a link on this page.

Click on the "Sign Up" link to go to the next page, and then click on "I want to buy a domain name" to choose the domain name you would like to purchase.

      • 3

Enter the domain name you would like to register in the text box. Remember to only enter the name and leave off any extra things like "www." and ".com". You can choose the TLD (Top-Level Domain: .com, .net, .info, etc) from the drop-down menu to the right. Click the "Check availability" button after you have chosen. If you entered a domain name that has already been registered, Google will give you some suggestions that are available. You can choose one of these or try other names until you find one you like.

Continue to registration. Once you've found a domain that's available, click the "Continue to registration" button and proceed to enter the requested information. You may choose to keep your personal information private from the rest of the world by making sure the "Keep my registration information unlisted" option is checked. Read and accept the terms and conditions to continue (make sure to check the box confirming you have read it).

Enter the user name and password for your Google Checkout account to sign into it when prompted. Confirm you wish to buy the domain by clicking the "Place your order now button" and the domain will be yours. Sign into the Google Apps account you have just created in order to alter any settings regarding your domain, such as email or name servers.
