Instructions

    • 1

Wash your hands before applying eye makeup.

Having clean hands decreases the chance you'll have harmfully germs or bacteria on them. Plus you definitely don't want to get dirt in your eyes. It's hard to remove, and it will burn.

    • 2

Don't place makeup wands on counter tops. Think twice about moisten them with added saliva or spit.

Doing any of these things will introduce bacteria, fungi, or other microorganisms which can damage your eyes. Even though a counter top may seem clean, you can't really see the microorganisms that may be there. As for saliva, our body harbors plenty of microorganisms. They may be beneficial to us, but not to our eyes.

    • 3

Avoid exposing your eyes to harmful germs.

Don't share your instruments with anyone! In addition don't use products meant for other parts of the face, especially if it's been used already. Lip liner does not belong on the eyes even if you're in a rush and you can't find the mascara wand. No excuse!
