Simple and wonderful Chocolate Covered Strawberries (or other fruits) that will impress guests.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate
  • Wax Paper
  • Baking sheet or plates to put finished strawberries on
  1. Step 1

Wash Strawberries with cool water and dry on paper towels. Pull leaves back (not off) from berry while washing so you are prepared to easily dip them.

  2. Step 2

Line cookie sheets with wax paper and set aside.

  3. Step 3

Heat the chocolate- if you use chips or break it into small pieces it will heat faster. Microwave chocolate one minute at a time stirring in between and being careful not to burn the chocolate. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate and put on wax paper.

Reheat chocolate for short periods of time as it thickens.

  4. Step 4

Put finished sheets of strawberries into refrigerator. When chocolate has set, remove from paper and serve

Tips & Warnings
  • Store in refrigerator under saran wrap until ready to serve
  • If you want to get fancy you could drizzle dark or white chocolate over the strawberries in a second layer after the initial layer has set.
  • Don't burn the chocolate!
