  • Daily exercise.
  • Good well balanced diet.

    Get enough sleep, sleep disturbances, fasting hormones, bright or flickering lights.

  2. Step 2

    Avoid loud noises.

  3. Step 3

    Strong odors.

  4. Step 4

    Cigarette smoke.

  5. Step 5

    monitor your Diet for certain food triggers, by making a food diary of what you eat.

  6. Step 6

    Do not skip meals.

  7. Step 7

    Limit caffeine.

  8. Step 8

    Go to bed and wake at the same time each day.

  9. Step 9

    Exercise regularly.

on 9/3/2009 Migraines aren't always avoidable unfortunately, and everyone's triggers can be different. This article does a good job of outlining some of the most common offenders. However, keeping a migraine journal to track your dietary and environmental triggers is essential.
