on 4/6/2009 Help! I have a business plan to help commercial real estate owners increase NOI through green initiatives. I have a wealth of contacts, relationships with suppliers and providers of the needed services, and an intimate first hand understanding of commercial real estate operations. I just need more start up money. Help?
