It is necessary to exfoliate your skin at least twice a week, here is a way to do it as often as you like without drying out your skin. Natural skin exfoliation, Naturally Good for You

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of honey
  1. Step 1

Mix honey, lemon, & sugar in a bowl

  2. Step 2

Get in a hot shower, massage mixture all over in a circular motion start at feet and work your way up, ( the lemon also helps cellulite )
This mixture is especially good for your face if you have dry or acne prone skin. Use this exfoliate before the blackhead removal in my other article.

  3. Step 3

Rinse away and see how great your skin feels. Instant gratification is always a plus, your skin will feel so good after the first time you will definitely want to do this again, if you mix extra it will stay good in the fridge covered for a little over a week about 10 days. Skin exfoliation should be done at 2x a week, in the winter maybe 3-4x's a week.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use this as often as you need to, its safe and won't damage your skin
  • If you suffer from acne or blackheads use at least 2x week check out my article on blackhead removal.
