Damaged hair can be a nightmare for woman. I use this treatment in my salon and my clients can't believe the difference in their hair. It is a real treat to your hair, completely safe and does not cause build up. Easy and inexpensive try it!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp almond oil
  • 1 shower cap
  1. Step 1

Mix mayo, honey, and almond oil in a bowl (if you do not have almond oil you can substitute with olive oil)

  2. Step 2

Apply to hair. Start at the ends and work it up to the scalp. ( you may to use more ingredients depending on hair length) wrap hair on top of head, put on shower cap. Do this when you first get in a hot shower, leave on your hair until you are done with your shower or at least 15 min.
Rinse out, shampoo & condition. Be sure you are using quality shampoo and conditioner. (it does make a difference) Redken makes a great product called All Soft which is great.

  3. Step 3

Style as usual, Do this twice a week you will notice a difference immediately, but for long term results I recommend 2x week 1 month, then as needed.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try not to use heat on your hair everytime you shower let it air dry as often as you can. Before you have a chemical treatment done ask your stylist to use a protein filler. If you are bleaching your hair ask the stylist to add a conditioner to the bleach this will coat and protect the hair but will not delay processing time. Have your hair trimmed at least every 8 weeks preferably 6 if you have a lot of damage, this will also help your hair grow.
  • When possible go to a licensed stylist for chemical treatments to your hair, try not to use box color on your hair if you do not have to.
