Step 1
Drink water on a daily basis to rid toxins in the body. Adding a squeeze a bit of lemon or lime to the water will help in aiding the body to rinse the toxins.
-
Step 2
Bath or shower every morning and evening to help keep the body smelling clean and fresh.
-
Step 3
Use a wash cloth, moisturizing soap products such as body wash gels, and wash the body rigorously to eliminate the dirt and bacteria off the body. You can dedicate a wash cloth for the smelliest areas.
-
Step 4
Shampoo your hair and scrub it for several minutes and rinse if thoroughly to ensure that you will rid all of the oils and dirt out of your hair.
-
Step 5
Scrub through all areas of the body especially the back, neck, armpits, legs and feet. Do this for about three to five minutes scrubbing through the body and rinsing well. Thoroughly dry yourself off with a clean towel to prevent moisture building up in the body.
-
Step 6
Use deodorant or antiperspirants that are light in scent or unscented. Apply the deodorant on liberally but do not add too much as this will create a place for bacteria to wreak havoc.
-
Step 7
Store your clothes and undergarment in a dry area, and will be able to air out at the same time. Consider using a dryer sheet with the clothes to help them smell nice on a regular basis.
-
Step 8
Change your clothes and undergarments on a daily basis.
-
Step 9
Wash your hands with warm water and soap regularly.
-
Step 10
Change your diet to include fresh fruits, and vegetables to see if this will help to change the odor in the body.
