Things You'll Need:
- Lotion or massage oil
- Dimly lit and quiet room
- Either relaxing music or complete silence.

Step 1
Start out by slightly spreading massage oil or lotion into the back. Dont completely rub in, but don't leave a puddle either!

Step 2
Starting from the neck and using your thumbs, rub in a consistent circular motion, rubbing and kneading gently.

Step 3
Once done with the neck, move onto the hip area and again rub in consisten ciruclar motion with your thumbs. From there go to the shoulders and then just section the back out so that you end up rubbing the middle of the back last.
