How to Clean your breast nipples

Do you think that there's a need to clean your breast nipples. I will just make it sure that I am talking about the nipple in a human breast. Because, nipples can also describes with the baby's feeding bottles. Now, how would you clean your nipples? Brush it or scrub it? (hehe). You might do not care because it's not a big deal if it's clean or not because nobody will see it anyway. But if you are curious on how to clean your nipples then I have a little suggestions.

  1. Step 1

    If you are a nursing mother not a nurse in education but a mother who just give birth and do the breastfeeding. You do not need to really wash your nipple but it's helpful to soothe your nipples with a gentle rub of essential oil like olive oil or cold cream. Just make it sure that you are not allergic with any medicine that you can grab over the counter.

  2. Step 2

    You can also rub your nipples with lemon fruit when you take a shower just do it gently because your nipple is very sensitive. Cloth with mild soap will also clean it.

  3. Step 3

    If you are in your menopausal period, you might notice a nipple discharge or fluid coming out from your nipples. Contact your physician about it to make it sure that there's no infection in your nipples. Washing it with plain clean water would be enough to clean it. But doctors are more safe to give you an advice about this matter so do not hesitate to talk to your physician if you can.

  4. Step 4

You can also use Google search or Yahoo to find more informations about "Nipples". Or ask your grandmothers or mothers about it.
