How to Make a California Root Beer

A California Root Beer is an alcoholic drink that I discovered last year when I was bartending. It does taste pretty much like regular root beer and it's easy to make.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 3/4 oz of Kahlua
• 3/4 oz of Galliano
• Soda Water
• Ice
• Highball Glass
• Swivel Stick

1. Grab your highball glass and fill it with ice.

2. Add the Kahlua and the Galliano and then give it a quick mix with your swivel stick.

3. Top with soda water and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

• Fill the remaining portion of the glass with the soda water.
• Make sure you do a quick swivel stick stir after you add the soda water.
• Don't drink and drive.
