Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- Chocolate, chocolate chip cookies
- 12 chocolate ice cream cones
- A bag of M & Ms
- Assorted colors of canned frosting

Step 1
Take the empty cone and fill it halfway with M & Ms.

Step 2
Place frosting on the edge of the cone, as a type of glue and press a chocolate chocolate chip cookie firmly against it.

Step 3
Surround the edge of the cone and cookie with more frosting to hold it in place.

Step 4
Decorate the cone as a witch hat. Get creative here and most definitely use assorted colors! You may even want to put some M and Ms on the outside.

Serve and enjoy!
