If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you know it is hard to find delicious veggie food in fast food restaurants and that it is even a challenge to make it at home. Here is a wonderful recipe for anybody who loves to eat vegetable sandwiches. All you need are some veggies and bread and you are good to go. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Oil or margarine
  • Bread
  • Cucumbers
  • Boiled potato
  • Tomato
  • Onions
  • Beets
  • Mint chutney
  • Salad dressing of your choice

Instructions

    • 1

      Apply olive oil or margarine on one side of a slice of bread.

    • 2

      Spread mint chutney and/or salad dressing on a second slice of bread.

    • 3

      Cut thin slices of cucumber, boiled potato, onion, tomato and beets and place them between the slices of bread. Cut the sandwich in half.
