Step 1
Go outside for a bit of fresh air. Clear your mind and just inhale (and exhale).

Step 2
Sit in your car for a few minutes and turn the radio on, and tune the world out. Or, just scream (whatever it takes)

Step 3
Use the "it's Easy" button from staples. - Leave on, or in your desk and press it when you feel like your going to lose control. Hearing "IT'S EASY!" sometimes make thinks feel better, or at least doable.
