Step 1
In a large bowl, grate one peeled cucumber. Finely mince 2 cloves garlic and blend with cucumber.

Add one 32 ounce container of fat free plain yogurt and blend thoroughly. As you are blending slowly add one third cup water. Add salt to taste and a dash of garlic powder for added zest.

Step 3
Allow to chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Step 4
Serve on a platter with your favorite vegetables or sith some pite bread sliced into quarters.
