How to Use Google Map

You can use Google map for many different purposes; such as creating your own personalize map, get direction, put your business on Google map or embed Google map to your website.

Instructions

1. You can create your own personalize Google map; it allow you to mark your favorite places, add text, photos and videos to your map. You can make your map public, thus everyone can see it or make it unlisted, so only people that know your Google map URL can see it.

2. You can get direction from Google map, just enter your starting point or address and your destination address, click get direction, and it will display detail direction plus the distance to your destination address.

3. If you own a business, you can help your customers to find your office or store by adding it to Google map, it free to list your business on Google map. You can use only one account to add or update your multiple business locations, or even add printable coupons to bring people to your shops.

4. Webmasters can add Google map to their own website with Google map open API (Application Program Interface). You can mash-up Google map API with other web application or add content to it. However you must familiar yourself with javascript programming to do so.
