Things You'll Need:
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- Black Pepper
- 2 t dried oregano
- 2 T corn oil
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 T salt
- 1 5 1/2 - 6 pounds pork shoulder

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a mortar and crush.

Rub meat well with this Adobo seasoning.

Let meat rest for at least 3 hours in the fridge or overnight if possible.

Preheat oven to 350

Step 5
Bake the pork shoulder in a roasting pan for 3 - 3 1/2 hours or until skin is very crispy.

Once done remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Make with the Puerto Rican rice recipe and your set.
