It is said to boost the metabolism and help the body burn fat which helps you to lose weight with acai berry.

  2. Step 2

    Be clear on how to lose weight with the acai berry. The acai berry contains fiber which helps move food through your digestive tract. Acai berries contain amino acids, building blocks of protein. It contains phytosterols helping the body absorb nutrients better and acai berries contain fatty acids for metabolism boosting.

  3. Step 3

    Recognize that the acai berry is not a miracle diet pill. It is a super rich antioxident that will help support you in your weight loss goals. It is a rich super food that could help you by supplying the nutrient rich ingredients your body needs to lose weight easier.

on 2/16/2009 I would not recomend it!2 pounds a week at most! There's is no weight loss secret that is healthy for you other than good nutrition and exercise,sorry but that is it!!!!A BERRY WILL NOT MAKE YOU THIN IT IS A SCAM!!!

on 2/16/2009 Sorry folks, I feel I am obligated to help because in my profession I am pushed to do so as I have been trained by professionals. I love these foreign fruits and teas that pop-up out of no where like somone just discovered the lost city of Atlantis! Ask yourself this...If it's such a great "miracle" product how come doctors don't tell you to use acais?! Could be cause the science community has researched them and found out they don't have much more nutrients than a blue berry!Any berry is good for you reguardless, they have antioxidants and vitamins. Taking a multi-vitamin is probably better then wasting your time and money on Acai Berrys though.They advertise this stuff like a damn ab roller. If you dropped 1.lbs/per day from anything you will have possible liver and kidney complications,depression,aniexty,comas or it can even prove to be fatal. I would not recomend it!2 pounds a
