How to Make Easy Corn Crisps.

Corn crisps are a nice light and healthy snack. They are great for parties just for nibbling anytime.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup corn meal (yellow)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 425 degrees.

    Butter a cookie sheet.

    Put the water in a small pot and bring it to a boil.

  2. Step 2

    As soon as the water is boiling briskly, add the cornmeal and salt.

    Mix well and remove from heat.

  3. Step 3

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pan.

    Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crisps are golden.

    Cool on racks. Enjoy!
