Things You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup corn meal (yellow)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Butter a cookie sheet.
Put the water in a small pot and bring it to a boil. -
Step 2
As soon as the water is boiling briskly, add the cornmeal and salt.
Mix well and remove from heat. -
Step 3
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crisps are golden.
Cool on racks. Enjoy!
