Things You'll Need:
- seeds from one pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, more or less depending on the size of your pumpkin (about 2-3 cups of seeds)
- salt

Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Wash your seeds and pick off any bits of fibre.
Spread in pan and put in oven to dry for 1 minute. -
Step 2
Put seeds and oil in a large bowl.
Stir until seeds are well coated.
Spread seeds in shallow pan or pans, depending on how many you have.
Seeds should be in one layer only. -
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring at least 3 times as they bake.
Remove, salt to taste and allow to cool.
Store in airtight containers. Enjoy!
