Experiencing pain on a regular basis is a difficult problem to endure. Searching for ways to handle the pain in order to increase the mobility and flexibility in the body is not easy but it is doable. It takes time and patience to find ways that will best help your body to be at ease with less pain to endure. It is good to know that there are many ways to reduce chronic pain naturally such as arthritis, back pain, neck pain, Fibromyalgia, RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy), and many other painful disorders.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Try warm water therapy for low to medium impact exercise as this helps the body to relieve sore joints and muscles. The warm water reduces the friction and impact while completing the exercises.

  2. Step 2

    Use massage therapy to help with relieving the tight knotted up trigger points and sore joints. It is also very relaxing and helps to relieve stress and anxiety in the body. Get a massage once or twice a week will help keep the body to remain relaxed. Massage therapy helps to reduce inflammation and swelling in the affected areas. It also improves the flow of oxygen and blood circulation in the body.

  3. Step 3

    Try Yoga therapy to help with strengthening the muscles, regain flexibility, and increasing mobility for the body. This will help with getting rid of the continuously stiffness through providing full relaxation and balance of the mind and body.

  4. Step 4

    Use heat and ice on the affected area as this will help with relieving the pain. Try to use a heat or ice pack on the area for about 20 minutes and remove from the area for about 15 minutes before reapplying to the area again.
