Get a massage once or twice a week will help keep the body to remain relaxed. Massage therapy helps to reduce inflammation and swelling in the affected areas. It also improves the flow of oxygen and blood circulation in the body.

Step 3
Try Yoga therapy to help with strengthening the muscles, regain flexibility, and increasing mobility for the body. This will help with getting rid of the continuously stiffness through providing full relaxation and balance of the mind and body.

Step 4
Use heat and ice on the affected area as this will help with relieving the pain. Try to use a heat or ice pack on the area for about 20 minutes and remove from the area for about 15 minutes before reapplying to the area again.
