Pets give us unconditional love & attention which is why therapists use animals for healing & visiting sick people.

Bond with your pet, watch how they move and what their reactions are to different things. Every pet is different, just like people they have likes & dislikes, and they all have unique different personalities.

Let your happiness of your love of your pet take over you.

  2. Step 2

Don't be afraid to show your emotions. Expressing yourself & letting out your stress will help tremendously.

    If your sad, cry.
If your mad, go in your car, or a private place, and scream!

You'll be in a much happier mood after you get the stress out.

  3. Step 3

Take a long walk to clear your head.

Go to a park with pretty scenery, or if you live in a rural area enjoy the farm surroundings. Sit on your back deck and look over your farmland, or watch your horses graze, dogs play.....

  4. Step 4

And of course don't forget to laugh! It's true what they say....Laugher is the best medicine!

And smile, smile, smile! It's amazing how smiling can lift your spirits!

on 10/12/2008 I like to brush my cats right after work. They make me smile as soon as I get home, being frisky & funny, all excited cause they know it's "That time" again :)
