How to Treat Headaches with Apple Cider Vinegar
Any time a headache strikes it is painful and may slow you down. Your workload and responsibilities still need to be done. Constantly consuming pain pills to manage headaches over a long period of time is not healthy. Over time you may build up an immunity to your medication, and may have to move on to something stronger. Here is a simple and inexpensive solution to treat headaches.

When you start to feel a headache coming on, immediately stop what you are doing and treat the headache. Turn off anything that is making loud noise, such as the television.

Pour a large glass of water and add ice, and a straw.

Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and sip slowly. Use the raw apple cider vingar with the mother in it.

Sit still in a comfortable chair, or lie down in a dim or dark room until the pain passes.
