Things You'll Need:
- Servings: Makes 12 servings Supplies:
- Stove with oven
- 9x13 baking pan
- Large pot with lid
- Large frying pan
- Large bowl
- Mixing spoon
- Large Colander
- Foil Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds ground turkey sausage
- 1 ½ pounds turkey sausage
- 3 pounds part-skim ricotta cheese
- 12 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 9 Lasagna Noodles

Step 1
1. Fill large pot half way up with water place on stove. Turn to medium high and bring water to boil. One at a time place lasagna noodles into pot. Boil lasagna noodles until they are ala dente (meaning: until slightly hard in center). Rinse noodles in colander with cold water.

2. In large pan fry ground turkey sauce age until cooked all the way through. Mix with spoon so the meat is crumbly. Drain meat in colander.

3. Mix eggs and ricotta cheese in large bowl with mixing spoon until well blended.

4. Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.

5. Lay 2 lasagna noodles against edges of baking pan.

6. Place 3rd lasagna noodle in middle of baking pan with the edges of the noodle overlapping the outer 2 lasagna noodles. Throughout the whole recipe this is how to place the layers of lasagna noodles.

7. Spread ¾ cup of spaghetti sauce over lasagna noodles.

8. Spread ground turkey/turkey sausage mixture over lasagna noodles

9. Spread ¾ cup of spaghetti sauce over ground meat mixture.

10. Sprinkle 4 oz of part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese over spaghetti sauce.

11. Repeat steps 5, 6, & 7.

12. Spread ricotta cheese mixture over lasagna noodles.

13. Repeat steps 5, 6, & 7.

14. Sprinkle 8 oz. of part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese over spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350* F for 35 to 45 minutes.

15. Slice into 12 pieces and enjoy a slice of Low Fat Turkey Sausage Lasagna
