How to Know if You Have a Pinched Nerve

Save

A pinched nerve may cause very mild to severe symptoms. Here how to know if you have one.

  • If you have tingling or numbness in your arms, legs, feet or hands, you may have a pinched nerve.

  • If you have fibulations (uncontrollable finger twitching), you may have a pinched nerve. Especially if it continues for a long amount of time.

  • If you have any neck or back pain, you may have a pinched nerve.

  • See your chiropractor for an x-ray to determine if you may have a pinched nerve. Your chiropractor may recommend simple adjustments or recommend that you see a surgeon.
