Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • Pinch paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  1. Step 1

    This is an easy to make sweet potato fries recipe. Begin by preheating the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Scrub 3 sweet potatoes.

  3. Step 3

    Peel sweet potatoes if desired or leave skin on. Slice into 3/4 inch wide strips.

  4. Step 4

    Toss potatoes with olive oil, sea salt and paprika and cayenne pepper to taste. Other seasonings you enjoy can be added to make this sweet potato fries recipe.

  5. Step 5

    Spread sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lightly coated with olive oil.

  6. Step 6

    Bake sweet potato fries at 450 degrees for about 40 minutes turning every 10 minutes or so until golden brown. You will want to make this sweet potatoes fries recipe again and again.
