This is an easy, delicious, garlicky green salsa that complements chicken very nicely.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Food processor
  • 1 lb. tomatillos, husked and quartered
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, ribs and seeds removed, coarsely chopped
  • 6 large cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp. salt plus more to taste
  1. Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Step 2

    Pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Step 3

    Add more salt to taste.

Tips & Warnings
  • This is a delicious but garlicky salsa. You may not want to eat it before a social gathering! Or, reduce to 3-4 cloves of garlic for a less potent result.
