Need a cool and refreshing snack or breakfast idea? This is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Quick, the ingredients are cheap and easy to find, and you can take it with you on the go. Serves 3

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • i cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  1. Step 1

    Wash and wipe dry a blender. Place a glass or metal lined cup in the freezer to chill.

  2. Step 2

    Using whirl speed, mix together peaches, yogurt, milk power and sugar until smooth

  3. Step 3

    Pour into the glass leaving about a half inch open at the top. Fill the rest of the way with club soad to create the "fizz"

  4. Step 4

    The nutritional info is approximate, and per serving:
    Calories: 147
    Fat: 3g
    Carbohydrates: 23g
    Protein: 6g

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have some of the shake leftover, pull out a couple small drinking cups or a cheapie popsicle mold and freeze the remainder. It makes for an awesome healthy sweet treat!
