An easy and popluar dip for the holidays at home, office parties, baby showers and more.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Can of Refried Beans
  • Container Premade Guacamole
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • Packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Package Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Large Ripe Tomato - diced
  • Small Can Sliced Ripe Black Olives
  • 6 Scallions - Diced
  • Square 8x8x2 glass baking dish
  • Tortilla Chips
  1. Step 1

Spread refried beans evenly across dish as your bottom layer. Follow with the pre made guacamole. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning in a separate bowl then spread across the top of the guacamole.

  2. Step 2

Layer shredded Mexican cheese on top of the guacamole. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, black olives and scallions in that order on top.

  3. Step 3

Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours as this is best served well chilled. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.

Tips & Warnings
  • Ensure that the dip is well chilled when served
  • Scoop shaped chips work best with this dip
  • Does not stay fresh looking if you refrigerate overnight as the guacamole tends to turn brown. Best served the same day it is prepared.
