Things You'll Need:
- Can of Refried Beans
- Container Premade Guacamole
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- Packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- Package Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Large Ripe Tomato - diced
- Small Can Sliced Ripe Black Olives
- 6 Scallions - Diced
- Square 8x8x2 glass baking dish
- Tortilla Chips

Step 1
Spread refried beans evenly across dish as your bottom layer. Follow with the pre made guacamole. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning in a separate bowl then spread across the top of the guacamole.

Step 2
Layer shredded Mexican cheese on top of the guacamole. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, black olives and scallions in that order on top.

Step 3
Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours as this is best served well chilled. Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
