Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces and boiled until tender.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1-1/2 tsps. chili powder
- 1 cup evaporated milk or coconut milk
- 2 tbsps. garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Saute garlic in butter until golden brown. Add onion until it is translucent.

Step 2
Add milk, curry powder and chili powder. Add seasonings.

Step 3
Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
