How to Make sure your vote gets counted this time around

Strange thing happened recently to me. I keep having second thoughts about the consequences of my past votes. Did my votes cause this economic down turn? Did anyone count my votes? Did I count when I voted? Did anyone listen to what I wanted? So, I would like to show others how to make their votes count this election year. Yeah! Let's get started!

Things You'll Need:

• Register to vote with a real registration center.
• I registered with, Rock The Vote!
• Create Watch Teams with your friends.
• Do not leave the polls until they close.
• Watch how the votes are cast.
• Keep notes of any irregular behavior at the polls.
• Get a job at the polls if you can.
• Find out who is in charge of the polls in your neighborhood.
• Ask questions

1. Make sure you are fully registered to vote.

2. Make sure you are a card carrying voter. Make sure that all information is viable. You do not want to be denied a vote because of a technicality, like, not having a home!

3. Take a long look at your voter's registration card. Does it have your old address on it. Get that changed right away. You need to know which district you are going to vote in.

   You might be small but your vote should be a giant!

   Do not leave after you vote. Hang around a little while and watch the dynamics of the voting place. Did you do everything you were supposed to have done? Did your vote count? Yeah!

• Remember that you posses tremendous power with that one vote.
• Be proud of your country. It's your country!
• You have got to give it all you have to turn this thing around.
• Knowledge, voting, and implementation of your positive will for change is how to make a difference in our country and then the world. Yeah!
• A counted vote is our way of fighting back.
• Lets make sure we win this fight!
• Do not become despondent and depressed over your present situation.
• You, your friends, I, all of us can change our country if we vote.
• We must then make sure that our vote will be counted and implemented.
• This will be very dangerous.
• We must be aware that change is not a given, voting is our way to make change.
• Be aware of challenges implicit in change and power.
