Step 1
The first thing you need to do is find something awesome to do, something another person would actually want to come along with boring you. For example, get Lakers tickets, Maroon 5 tickets, Dane Cook tickets, back stage passes to a Lil Wayne concert...it doesn't matter, as long as they are something fun that a person would be stupid to turn down.

Next, just go up to any girl you think is really hot. Let them know your name, age, where youre from,etc...ask them their name, where they live, their sign etc...just talk. Luckily you're be friends with this person and you don't approach strangers and offer to take them out to dinner. Make sure the girl is cool and someone you can have a goodtime with, cuz if she's lame then you wasting your time and money.

So you're talking to this hot chick you like and you guys arent complete strangers at least. Say we should hang out some time. When she says yea or whatever ask her what she's doing this weekend? If she has lame excuses youre screwed and she either has a boyfriend secretly or like girls or just doesnt want to chill with you this weekend. If she says she doesnt know or nothing, say, "well i got these kanye west tickets and dont have anyone to really go with, so if you want to you should come with me". if you really have something awesome to do, she'll say yes.
