1
Use shaving cream and a razor. Wet the skin with warm water and then apply shaving cream. Rub the shaving cream onto the disired areas. Slide the razor downward and then pass the razor back over the area using an upward stroke for complete hair removal.

2
Use tweezers. Pluck each hair at its base, pulling quickly. Use this method for small areas such as the eyebrow or upper lip.

Wax the hair at home. Warm the wax and then apply. Place the waxing paper over the desired area. Press down and then pull when ready. (For long hair, trim about a half an inch in length before applying the wax.)

See a hair removal specialist at a salon. Prices may vary, but results can last up to 4 weeks. For thick chest or back hair, trim with scissors before going in.
-
5
Apply a depilatory. Apply the cream and then let it stand for about five minutes. Wash when ready. Reactions may occur, including redness, irritation and burning.

See a hair removal specialist. If you have the time and the money, consider electrolysis or laser hair removal. Electrolysis deadens the hair at the root by passing a needle with a electrical current through the follicle and root. Laser hair removal uses a laser to cover bigger patches of hair. The process slows hair growth but does not prevent it from growing back.
