This delicious Olive Cheese Ball is super-easy to prepare and everyone loves it. This cheese ball is great to served at any occasion. A wedding or baby shower, sports night, bun-co parties. Also great for holidays and really... anytime is a good time for this appetizer.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c chopped Stuffed Green Olives
  • 1/4 c chopped Black Olives
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Minced Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 to 1 c chopped Parsley
  1. Step 1

    In medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with both types of olives, onions and Tabasco sauce; mix lightly and thoroughly. Set cheese mixture in refrigerator about 15 minutes to harden slightly for easier handling.

  2. Step 2

    Next, shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped parsley to coat well. Return to refrigerator; chill at least 15 to 20 minutes up to a couple of hours.

    Serve with crackers, pita chips, baguettes or potato chips. Store in; refrigerator or in a cooler, tightly sealed

  • If desired, cheese mixture can be thinned with sour cream or milk to serve as a dip
  • Approximately 45 min, including chill time
  • 20 appetizers
