How to Load Internet Radio on a PSP

PSP owners now have the option of playing Internet radio on their devices. Playstation’s portable game system offers up a variety of features; Internet radio access is just one of many. You will need to be in an area with wireless Internet access, or Wi-Fi, in order to actually use the Internet radio feature. However, once set up, PSP owners will be able to browse and listen to a variety of stations and genres from SHOUTcast.

  • Memory Stick Duo
  • Latest PSP firmware update

Instructions

      Download and install the most recent firmware update to your PSP. You must have version 3.80 or later (see Resources below).

      Insert the Memory Stick Duo with the latest firmware update into your PSP.

      Select "Network" and "About Internet Radio."

    • 4

      Click "Add Player," "Adding Player to Memory Stick Duo" and click the "X."

    • 5

      Select the "Player" icon and browse for a station.
