This is an adaptation of winter favourite drink, in six hour it becomes the most delectable spoonable drink or sorbet like dessert for the chocolate lover in you.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • sugar
  • unsweetend Dutch process or regular cocoa
  • whole milk
  1. Step 1

    combine 3/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of cocoa in small saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup of milk to form a smooth paste. Next stir in remaining 2 1/2 cups of milk . Cook over low heat until the mixture is warm and the sugar has resolved, approximately 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    pou in mixture into shallow pan or ice cubes trays, cover and freeze. 6 Hours will give you spoonable texture, overnight like sorbet. It can be frozen for up to one week.

  3. Step 3

    Break frozen chunks up and them mix them in the food processor, best served in frosted goblets.For minty favor add 1/4 teaspoon of mint extract and decorate goblet with mint leaves.
