Downloading Free Address Labels
Address labels make it easier to include return address information on packages and envelopes that your business sends out, and you can print custom address labels directly from your computer. There are several websites that offer free address label downloads so you can always have a stock of current labels available for your mailings.

Select a free address label maker website. There are hundreds of websites to choose from, and a basic Google search will give you several popular sites to begin the process.

Create your address label in the template box. You will need to fill in all contact information including the name of the business, address, city and state, zip code, telephone number and your business website. Complete each line of the label with one element of contact information.

Select "Save" or "Preview.'" Each address label website will have a different step at this stage, but after submitting your label information, you will need to save it and proceed to the next step.

Embellish your address label with an image. Upload an image to the template and select where you would like this to appear. You can upload your business logo or any other graphic in the specified size.

Select a font style. Use a professional font for your address label, and choose one that best represents your business's style and brand image.

Add a border. Most address label templates allow you to add a border to the label; this may consist of stars, straight lines or other small graphics that embellish the label.

Save your label. Save your template to prepare it for printing.
