Things You'll Need

  • Artificial pine swag
  • Artificial poinsettias with leaves
  • Small pine cones
  • White paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Small wrapped gift embellishments
  • Hot glue gun
  • Glue sticks
  • Craft wire
  • Red velvet wired ribbon

Instructions

      Use a hot-glue gun to attach the poinsettia stems to your pine swag. Let it cool slightly so it doesn't melt the plastic stem. Cover most of the pine, leaving the ends stick out.

      Glue five or six small pine cones throughout the swag.

      Glue about five small gift boxes in various places in the swag.

      Dab some white paint on the ends of the pine needles sticking out of the flowers to look like snow.

      Make a bow from red velvet wired ribbon. Place a piece of craft wire and place through the back of the knot and hook the bow to the top of the swag so it drapes down over the center.

      Twist the craft wire through the back of the swag to form a hanger.
