Making homemade meatballs is not as hard as you think. You can make meatballs for spaghetti, potluck, or holiday dinners with very little effort.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb. Groundbeef
  • 1 c. Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
  1. Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together and knead well.

  2. Step 2

Separate meatballs into around 20 balls of the same size. You can use an ice cream scoop to hep make them the same size.

  3. Step 3

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Flip after 10 minutes so that they do not get a flat spot.

  4. Step 4

    Add to sauce.

Tips & Warnings
  • Makes about 22 meatballs.
  • You can use ground turkey for meatballs that are lower in fat (and sometimes cost).
  • Ovens and cooking times may vary, make sure to cut one open before consuming.
