Things You'll Need:
- Any kind of peppers you like, and white vinegar. Use glass container.
-
Step 1
Buy or collect plenty of fresh peppers. All types. The especially hot ones are great to use.
-
Step 2
Get a clean glass container with a top. Fill it with white vinegar. Take your freshly washed peppers and cut the tips off each end. Place them in the vinegar. Fill the jar with peppers, and close the lid.
-
Step 3
Sit the jar in a quiet corner. The longer it sits the spicier the liquid will become. I like to use peppers out of my garden. Makes for a great Christmas gift. I love to put my signature on the jar.

on 8/24/2009 Try using untoasted Oak Chips, from a wine and homebrew shop. It will be just like aging in oak barrels.
