Ever see celebrities with their dazzling smiles and perfect white teeth and think there's no way you could afford to have that? Well that's not the case. Here are some tips to help you get some luminous chompers of your own that will have people asking for YOUR autograph!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Crest vivid white night time tooth past
  • Crest regular whitening toot paste
  • Dentist check ups
  • Apple
  • mouth wash
  1. Step 1

Remember to keep up with dentist appointments, don't skip 'em. Dentists have special cleaning and whitening pastes that can do wonders for your teeth. They can also pin point things you can do to improve your dental health.

  2. Step 2

Lay off of the coffee. Coffee does a real good job at staining your teeth. If you're gonna drink it, make sure to do so in moderation.

  3. Step 3

Quit smoking. Smoking stains the teeth as well! Besides, it's takes a terribly tole on your lungs, and each cigarette takes seven minutes from your life! There are many other healthy things you can substitute to mellow out or calm your nerves, such as chewing gum!

  4. Step 4

Clean your teeth after eating. Okay it seems a bit of an exaggeration to literally brush after every meal, I mean come on seriously; in public bathrooms? Sure you can brush right after eating at home, but if you're out and about, chew on some gum such as Orbit, Trident or Stride. These gum's can help to loosen tarter.

  5. Step 5

Before you go to bed brush with Crest teeth whitening tooth paste. It works to lift stains from the enamel of your teeth while you sleep.

  6. Step 6

Brush in the morning when you wake up. This way you'll brush away any of the stains that the whitening toothpaste may have lifted while you were sleeping.

  7. Step 7

Eat an apple a day. Hey, you know the saying, and it's true! Apples are slightly acidic, which means they are a great natural way to help clean your teeth and keep them healthy.

  8. Step 8

Using mouth wash can help as well. Not only can it whiten and freshen breath, but it helps to keep your gum's healthy.
