How to make Cherry Rhubarb Jam

This is a delightfully tangy jam. It makes any meal a festive event! Very easy to prepare for first time jam makers!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 cups Rhubarb
  • 1 small package cherry Jello
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 package cherry Kool-Aid
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  1. Step 1

    Mix together sugar and rhubarb and let stand overnight.

  2. Step 2

    Cook sugar and rhubarb until tender.

  3. Step 3

    Add jello, Koo-Aid and pie filling.

  4. Step 4

    Spoon into prepared jars and seal.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can freeze this jam instead of canning it.
