If you want your eyes to pop, you really should apply some eye liner to them. Eye liner, along with a decent amount of eye shadow and mascara can help make you look more alive, even when you are sleepy. It can also make your eyes look bigger and make you look more sexy.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Liquid eye liner

Apply your eye shadow before applying any liners

  1. Step 1

Apply your eye shadow before applying any liners.

  2. Step 2

Wipe off any access liquid from the sides of the brush before applying. This will help make sure the liner goes on smooth and evenly.

  3. Step 3

Rest your elbow on a flat surface. This will help steady your arm. Now lean your wrist against face.

  4. Step 4

Begin applying the liquid in the middle part of your upper lash line, trying to get as close as you can to your lashes. Work your way outward.

  5. Step 5

Finish by completing the middle to inter part of your eye. Use what is left of the liquid on your wand. If you place the wand back into the tube, the liquid will be too thick and the inner-part of your eye looks better when you apply thinner coats of liner.

Tips & Warnings
  • Look for a liquid with a fine felt tipped point
  • For added drama, apply a cream pencil liner to the bottom eye lid.
  • Always remove your eye make up nightly before going to bed. It is hard on your lashes and your pores to sleep in makeup. Plus, it can cause your face to form wrinkles quicker.

on 5/4/2009 Eye liner is so good it can make you look younger to. I haven't been using it because it just seems to take so long. But I will try this. I always wanted to try tattoo eyeliner but my sister in law did it and she said she will never ever ever do it again. It hurt so bad.. so maybe I should stick to the liquid eye liner.
