We all set goals to lose X number of pounds and want to shed that weight. More importantly, we should look to lose body fat, retain lean muscle and live healthier!

Things You'll Need:

  • The drive and willpower to succeed!
  1. Step 1
     

    Take a Multivitamin on a daily basis

  2. Step 2
     

    Consume plenty of protein

  3. Step 3
     

    Do cardio at least four times a week for half an hour

  4. Step 4
     

    Drink at least eight cups of water every day

  5. Step 5
     

    Speed up your metabolism by eating ~6 small meals a day
